Returns and Exchanges  

We hope that you love your new Portman pieces but if for any reason you are unhappy with your order, you have 14 days to exchange or receive a full refund (postage not included) for your order.

*PLEASE NOTE* All SALE items are non refundable and we offer an exchange only.

To be eligible for a refund your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please send the items back in the original packaging. To refund an item please e-mail np@nickieportman.co.uk for the returns address and include whether you require a refund or exchange. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. All items remain the responsibility of the customer until they are returned and received by Portman. When returning items we advise using a tracked service and proof of postage. Portman will try to process returns within 14 days. Any returns made after the 14 day policy will be offered an exchange or a gift note.
