Please note that our delivery service does not require a signature upon delivery therefore Portman Bath UK cannot be held responsible for any items that do not arrive or are delivered to an incorrect address. If you would like your delivery to include a signature please contact us at np@nickieportman.co.uk and we can communicate these shipping costs. When placing your order please ensure that you give the correct address for delivery since we cannot be held responsible for an incorrect address given at the checkout.

Returns and Exchanges  

For whatever reason you are unhappy with your order, you have 14 days to exchange or receive a full refund (postage not included) for your order. *PLEASE NOTE* All SALE items are non refundable and we offer an exchange only. To be eligible for a refund your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. Please send the items back in the original packaging. To refund an item please email np@nickieportman.co.uk for the returns address and include whether you require a refund or exchange. The customer is responsible for all postage and packaging costs associated with returning an item and to complete your return we require a receipt or proof of purchase. All items remain the responsibility of the customer until they are returned and received by Portman Bath UK. The item will be fully inspected prior to issuing a refund or exchange and the customer will be notified. When returning items we advise using a tracking service and proof of postage. Portman Bath UK will try to process returns within 14 days. Any returns made after the 14 day policy will be offered an exchange or a gift note.

Faulty / Damaged Items

Should you receive an item which is faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately by emailing np@nickieportman.co.uk  with your order number, customer name and address, order description and details of the damages / faults. The item must be returned within 7 days of contacting us. Once inspected and fault / damage confirmed, we will contact you regarding a refund or exchange. We will also refund the cost of returning the faulty / damaged item.
