Faulty / Damaged Items:

Should you receive an item which is faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately by emailing np@nickieportman.co.uk  with your order number, customer name and address, order description and details of the damages / faults. The item must be returned within 7 days of contacting us. Once inspected and fault / damage confirmed, we will contact you regarding a refund or exchange. We will also refund the cost of returning the faulty / damaged item.

International Delivery:

If your delivery address is not within the United Kingdom you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any such additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. You should note that customs policies vary widely from country to country; we advise each customer to contact their local customs office for further information. You should be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

We will never make your personal details available to other companies for marketing purposes. Information you enter into our registration forms may be collected and stored by us so that we may contact you in relation to the nature of your attempted transaction, even if you do not confirm the transaction. This may be used to send operational emails to enquire as to why the purchase was not completed. We will not use this data for any other purpose and we certainly will not share it with any other company.
