If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us immediately by emailing np@nickieportman.co.uk with your order number, customer name and address, order description and details why you wish to return your order complete with your request for either a refund or exchange. It is the customer’s responsibility to return the item in perfect condition as received complete with original packaging. The customer is responsible for all postage and packaging costs associated with returning an item. The item will be fully inspected prior to issuing a refund or exchange and you will be notified. We offer 7 days for returns from the date you contact us.  Earrings are non-returnable.
